Meet Our West Milford, New Jersey Real Estate Agent

I was first licensed in 1988 after completing the required real estate classes and passing the state exam. Newly married, we moved to West Milford, Passaic County from Bergen County.
My daughter was born the following year.
I became a part time agent and joined the local Weichert office. My knowledge of the local area increased greatly. I enjoyed success and derived great pleasure in helping many people find and purchase their first homes. I also realized being a realtor was not really a job that could be done on a part time basis. I decided to become a full timerealtor. This allowed me to better serve all of my clients. After several years with Weichert it became clear that a move was in order.
In 2001, I moved to the local Re/Max office and joined a team. This proved to be a good move and my experience was enhanced further by the professionals who gravitate toward Re/Max from the other companies. The next months proved to be rewarding.
Our Team ranked 3rd statewide and we built a very successful model geared toward our clients needs.
Mid 2003, an opportunity presented itself to our team.
The team members decided to change course. By late 2003, we opened a new office under the Keller Williams brand. Again success followed. We grew our business and planned to expand into other areas. I became team leader at Keller Williams during the planning, opening, and first several months. I took the broker classes, passed the state exam, and became a licensed broker. This experience proved invaluable to my career.
My desire to grow, led to opening my own independent office in Oct 2004.
An independent office allows great flexibility in meeting a client's needs. I find I can tailor my services directly to the clients on a case by case basis. I can assist them in a variety of ways without the restrictions of a broad based corporate policy.
Thus A Unique Approach Realty was born.
We currently have 4 agents in addition to myself. We serve the northern New Jersey area, including Bergen, Passaic, Morris and Sussex Counties. We put our client's needs first and foremost in all endeavors. If it does not produce a win/win for all we won't do it.

I am proud to call many of my past client's friends, and have been available to them well after the closing. Their trust is what allowed my success, and I never let that to leave my thoughts. I am never too busy to help them with anything I can.
