Heather Duggan was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area and
has over 22 successful years in the real estate industry. She began
her career with a local builder at the age of sixteen, and for many
years, handled everything from construction funding to condominium
management. She received her real estate license in 1991 and started
her own company, Coastal Realty, Inc., in 1998.
Heather is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud
mother of two sons, ages six and eight. She is licensed in North Carolina
as well as Virginia and is an avid real estate investor. Her "family"
of buyers and sellers are building substantial wealth through their
real estate investments.
